Financial Aid Training DJA offers financial aid training sessions at no additional cost for our service and contract consulting clients. Other interested institutions may attend our sessions for a small fee. For additional information on dates, times, locations and topics for these sessions please see the Upcoming DJA Training & Exhibition Schedule. In addition, DJA will conduct specific training sessions for institutions at their locations. These sessions can be tailored to meet specific objectives by the school. Rates for these types of training sessions would be based on the type and length of session. These webinars will allow the financial aid staff to keep up-to-date with no travel costs to the school. We are very excited about offering this to our clients as no other financial aid servicing company currently offers this service! Non clients may sign up for a fee of $35 per session.A webinar is a session held through the Web. Each participant sits at a computer and is connected to DJA and other participants through the Internet by accessing a Web address that DJA will provide to you. At the same time, you will call an “800” number also provided to you by DJA. The participants will see exactly what is on the presenter’s screen and listen to the presentation over the phone. Each school uses one phone line to call in, but multiple people can view the presentation on the computer. Each session will consist of financial aid updates with a major topic to be covered in depth.
